Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Servet Karasu attended the “Meeting on Security Measures Around University and Schools” organized by Zonguldak Governorship.

Measures to be taken for the peace and safety of students around schools and university were discussed during the meeting with the district governors and representatives of relevant institutions and chaired by Zonguldak Governor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu. Traffic safety, security inspections, and coordination among institutions were also discussed during the meeting.

Governor Hacıbektaşoğlu highlighted the necessity of maintaining coordination among institutions in order to provide students with a safe and peaceful academic atmosphere.

 The meeting concluded following the evaluations.
