Congratulating the student clubs whose projects were accepted and their academic advisors on this achievement, BEUN Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy made the following remarks:
“As Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, we are pleased to see our students taking part in social, environmental, and community responsibility projects. The fact that three local projects prepared by our student clubs have been selected for support under the ÜNİDES Environment and Climate Special Call launched by our Ministry of Youth and Sports in line with Türkiye’s COP31 vision is a valuable indication of our young people’s awareness of environmental issues and the climate crisis. I sincerely believe that these high-quality projects, which combine scientific work with social initiatives, will make significant contributions to building a sustainable future. I would like to express my gratitude to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, particularly our Minister, Dr. Osman Aşkın Bak, and the General Directorate of Youth Services for this meaningful program that provides opportunities for our young people to develop. I sincerely congratulate our valued students, who have made our University proud with their achievements, as well as the academic advisors who guide them, and wish them success in implementing their projects.”
