A faculty member of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN), Faculty of Theology, late Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Arslan was commemorated on the fifth anniversary of his passing with mercy, gratitude, and respect. A recitation of Yasin-I Sharif and a prayer service were conducted before the Friday Prayer.
Zonguldak Governor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu, the Rector of BEUN, Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer, the Dean of the Faculty of Theology, Prof. Dr. Seyfullah Kara, academic and administrative staff, and students attended the ceremony. Following the recitation, prayers were offered for Arslan.
Remembering the contributions of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Arslan, condolences and wishes of patience were conveyed to his family, loved ones, and the BEUN community.
