Following his appointment, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy continues to receive visits from representatives of public institutions, political parties, civil society organizations, and the business community, who come to congratulate him and wish him success in his new position.
In this context, representatives from Zonguldak Municipality, the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Zonguldak Provincial Organization, the business community, and civil society organizations visited Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy.
MHP Delegation Visits Rector Ulusoy
MHP Zonguldak Provincial Chair Orhan Korkmaz and his delegation were among the first visitors. The delegation included Central District Chair Gündüz Torlak, Head of the Women's Branch Sabahat Altunkaya, Ülkü Ocakları Education and Culture Foundation Zonguldak Provincial Chair Gökmen Karaali, Provincial Board Member Ramazan Bozkurt, and Türkiye Kamu-Sen Provincial Representative Köksal Tunçtürk. During the meeting, the importance of cooperation between the university and the community was emphasized.
Zonguldak Mayor Tahsin Erdem Visits Rector Ulusoy
Zonguldak Mayor Tahsin Erdem also visited Rector Ulusoy, accompanied by Deputy Mayors Tayfun Albayrak and Ercan Koçal. The meeting focused on BEUN's achievements, Zonguldak's development, potential joint projects between the university and the municipality, and opportunities for further cooperation.
Representatives from the Business Community and Civil Society Meet with Rector Ulusoy
Rector Ulusoy also welcomed Ahmet Sağlam, General Manager of Creavit and Doxa; Buğra Han Çağıran, General Manager of Başkent Elektrik Zonguldak; and Mehmet Karakulak, President of the Association of Zonguldak People in Germany. The visitors congratulated him on his new position. Their discussions covered regional development, university-industry cooperation, and ways to strengthen cultural ties with Zonguldak residents living in Germany.
