
The Rector of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer attended the opening ceremony of “Bilgi Ağacı Study House”, established by Ensar Foundation Çaycuma Branch. The study house, which aims to contribute to the social development of the young people, was inaugurated with wide participation.
Çaycuma District Governor Adem Kaya, the Rector of Bartın University Prof. Dr. Ahmet Akkaya, the Dean of BEUN Faculty of Theology Prof. Dr. Seyfullah Kara, Zonguldak Provincial Director of National Education Uygar Keskin, Zonguldak Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Halil Hacı, Perşembe Mayor Turhan Okumuş, Nebioğlu Mayor Ali Özdal, the Director of BEUN Çaycuma Vocational School Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Zor, Director of BEUN Çaycuma Vocational School of Food and Agriculture Assoc. Prof. Dr. Deniz Karaelmas, General Manager of Ensar Foundation Şener Ağaç, PhD, AK Party Çaycuma District Chairman Birol Yiğit, Çaycuma Branch Manager of Ensar Foundation Adem İnam, CMB representatives, and many citizens attended the ceremony.
In their speech, Çaycuma Branch Manager of Ensar Foundation Adem İnam and General Manager of Ensar Foundation Şener Ağaç stated that Bilgi Ağacı study house not only contributes to the academic success of the young people but also supports their social development.
Following the speeches, plaques were presented by BEUN Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer and city dignitaries to those who contributed to the establishment of study houses. Following the prayers by Çaycuma District Mufti Adem Bebek, dignitaries cut the ribbon for the ceremony. After the ceremony, guests saw the study house and were informed about the work done.
It is aimed to support the social development of the young people in Çaycuma by making access to the study halls easier and contribute to their educational lives.

In his remarks, Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer stated the following:
Each step taken to contribute to the education and development of the youth is a valuable investment in the future. I wholeheartedly believe that Bilgi Ağacı study house, built with the support of philanthropists in Çaycuma, will contribute to the development of the young people academically and socially. I hope such projects will increase to make it easier for them to access information, and thus to raise social awareness.”
