Zonguldak Governor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu and his wife, Güney Bektaşoğlu, Black Sea Regional Command Marshall Colonel Mustafa Güzel, High Court Chief Prosecutor Gökhan Kapağan, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer, local dignitaries, and members of political and nongovernmental organizations attended the reception.

Governor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu thanked everyone who came to the reception and congratulated them on August 30, Victory Day.

Following the reception, the Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer stated the following:

“We are honored to attend the reception of the 103rd Victory Day hosted by Governor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu. I thank everyone involved in the organization of this event, in particular, Governor Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu and his esteemed wife, Güney Hacıbektaşoğlu. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our noble nation on the occasion of August 30 Victory Day. I respectfully commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our republic, and his heroic comrades, along with our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our homeland and nation.
