The MÜSİAD Zonguldak Delegation visited Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy, who was appointed as the Rector of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) with the approval of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in his office and wished him success in his new position.
During the visit held at the Rector’s Office, MÜSİAD Zonguldak President Abdulkadir Aktarı, Muhterem Sayılı, Eyüp Demirci, Mecit Aydın, İbrahim Demir, Mustafa Yazıcı, Serkan Topşir and Sevda Tığ were present.
Rector Ulusoy: “We Will Strengthen University-Industry Cooperation”
Expressing his pleasure at the visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy thanked the MÜSİAD Zonguldak delegation for their kind visit and good wishes. Drawing attention to the importance of using the academic knowledge and research infrastructure of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University more effectively in line with the needs of the city and the region, Rector Ulusoy stated that they aim to further strengthen university-industry cooperation.
Prof. Dr. Ulusoy stated that, in addition to the University’s education and research activities, they will work in cooperation with relevant stakeholders to increase activities that will contribute to the development of Zonguldak, develop joint projects with the business world, and prepare students for professional life in a better-equipped way.

The MÜSİAD Zonguldak delegation stated that BEUN makes significant contributions to the development of Zonguldak in the fields of education, science and research, and noted that the University is an important stakeholder in developing cooperation between the city and the business world. The delegation conveyed their wishes for success to Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy in his new position and shared their views and wishes regarding the development of cooperation between the University and the business world.
