Field visits for the accreditation by the Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Vocational Education (MEDEK) started at  Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) Vocational Schools.

Çaycuma Food and Agriculture Vocational School applied to MEDEK for the accreditation process of the Food Quality Control and Analysis Program.

Visiting Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University as part of the application process, MEDEK representatives began the field visit by examining the preliminary reports.

During the visit, MEDEK examined the infrastructure, education methods, and student feedback of BEUN Çaycuma Food and Agriculture Vocational School in detail. MEDEK representatives also assessed the experience of academic staff, student feedback, curriculum, and quality management systems.

MEDEK representatives visited the Rector of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer, as part of the process. Expressing his pleasure from their kind visit, Prof. Dr. Özölçer stated the following:

We believe the accreditation process carried out to assess the suitability of the educational activities at our vocational schools will contribute to our students' academic and professional development. We extend our thanks to the MEDEK representatives for their valuable contributions. “
