According to the results of the YKS (Higher Education Institutions Exam) placement, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) has achieved great success in occupancy rate.

Great Success in 2025 YKS Placement Results: 99% Occupancy Rate

According to the results of the YKS placement announced by the ÖSYM. Student Selection and Placement Center, BEUN has achieved great success in student placements. A total of 3136 students were placed in the associate programs, while 2333 students were placed in undergraduate programs. With a total of 5469 students, BEUN is getting ready to start a strong academic year. The university achieved a 99% occupancy in both associate and undergraduate programs. This overall 99% rate highlights the rising profile of BEUN education.

High Demand for IT-Focused Programs

The fact that many newly launched departments that accepted students for the first time this year reached a 100% occupancy rate shows BEUN’s strong academic vision and future-oriented educational approach.  The Associate Degree programs “Big Data Analytics”, “Game Development and Programming”, and “Back-End Software Development” under the Vocational School of Information Technologies, as well as undergraduate programs “Information Systems and Technologies” and “Software Development” established in Karadeniz Ereğli, which are both accepting students for the first time, attracted great interest with a 100% occupancy rate. Likewise, the undergraduate programs in “Robotics and Artificial Intelligence”, “Enterprise Computing”, and “Cloud Computing Operations” achieved full occupancy.
