“Throughout our 29th International Science and Youth Week, the excitement of science, the joy and happiness of our students, and the aesthetic power of art were experienced together across our university. Thanks to the concert programs held during the festival, our students not only had the opportunity to enjoy themselves, but also experienced the beauty of creating together, sharing together, and coming together around the same emotions.
As Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, we attach great importance to our valued students embracing culture, art, and sports as an integral part of their lives. For this reason, we highly value their participation in artistic activities and their engagement with music, culture, and social events.
The performances delivered by our student music groups throughout the festival once again demonstrated our young people's interest in art, their talent, and their creativity. Likewise, the concert performed by the Erdemir Rock Jazz Steelist group added great enthusiasm and color to our festival. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the esteemed ERDEMİR family for being with us and supporting us throughout this festival.
Over the course of three days, we endeavored to contribute to our students’ social lives through numerous activities, ranging from sports competitions and cultural events to exhibitions and film screenings. Seeing our young people enjoy the festival and boost their morale before their final examinations is of great value to us.
I sincerely thank our distinguished academic and administrative staff, the artists who performed on stage, our student clubs, our technical team, and everyone who contributed to these wonderful events. I wholeheartedly believe that this vibrant atmosphere, enriched by the enthusiasm of our youth and the unifying spirit of art, will continue to add value to the cultural life of our university.
It is my sincere hope that the Science and Youth Weeks we organize in the coming years will continue to bring our students together with even stronger participation, richer activities, and greater enthusiasm. I wish for this beautiful festival tradition, which continues to grow together with the youth of our university, to carry on with the same excitement for many years to come.
