The Chief Physician of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) and a faculty member of the Department of Pathology at Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Burak Bahadır has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Turkish Federation of Breast Diseases Societies, which brings together associations operating in the field of breast health across Türkiye.

The new role of Prof. Dr. Burak Bahadır, who is now an executive member of the federation that operates to contribute to the development of breast health, support scientific studies on the national and international platforms, carry out services for the public health, and contribute to advance the administrative and legal regulations to the contemporary level; demonstrates the scientific efficiency of BEUN in the field of health once again.

The Rector of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer stated that the election of Prof. Dr. Burak Bahadır to the Board of Directors of the Federation is a source of pride for the university. Prof. Dr. Özölçer stated the following in his remarks:
