President of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Students’ Council, national athlete, and a student at the Graduate School of Health Sciences, has achieved a great success by being appointed as a Physical Education Teacher within the Ministry of National Defense. A graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching, Kilcioğlu paid a farewell visit to the rector of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer.

Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer congratulated the national athlete Doğukan Kilcioğlu on the visit and emphasized that it is a source of pride for the university that our students work in significant institutions. Rector Özölçer stated that Kilcioğlu is a source of pride for the university with his achievements in academic and sports fields, and added:

“The appointment of our esteemed student and national athlete Doğukan Kilcioğlu as a Physical Education Teacher at the Ministry of National Defense- following his remarkable achievements in athletics, including Turkish championship- is a clear sign of the quality educational approach and the competencies we instill in our students. We thank Doğukan, who represented our name through his contributions to our university during his tenure as Student Council President and through his national and international achievements in sports, and we wish him the greatest success in his new role. We always take pride in our students and also congratulate our academic staff, who guide them toward the highest accomplishments.”

Thanking Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçe, Doğukan Kilcioğlu shared his feelings with the following words:

“I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to our Rector, Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer, for his constant support and guidance for us students. It has been a great honor to complete my undergraduate education at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, the Republic’s first university. I am equally delighted to continue my graduate studies at my alma mater. Our university is one of Türkiye’s most established and successful higher education institutions. With the vast knowledge and experience I have gained from our esteemed professors, I will strive to fulfill my new duties in the best way possible, representing both my university and my country with pride. I sincerely thank our Rector, the entire BEUN family, and my valued friends.”
