Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) met prospective students in University Preference Fair organized in Gaziantep as part of the Promotion and Preference Days. Students and their families visiting the university stand had the opportunity to receive information on BEUN’s strong academic structure, pracitve-oriented educational approach, campus life and career opportunities.

Kadriye Sarıhan and Serap Altundal from the Directorate of Health, Culture, and Sports represented BEUN in the fair. Sarıhan and Altundal informed students about educational opportunities, academic programs, scholarships, social life, international exchange programs, and career opportunities following graduation. Questions were answered in the stand which attracted great attention to contribute to their future.

BEUN’s Strong Academic Background Was Introduced in Gaziantep

Being among the well-established higher education institutions with its history of 102 years, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University attracted great interest from students with its strong academic staff, student-focused educational approach, internationalization vision in the fair.

BEUN’s broad academic spectrum, extending from engineering to health sciences, from social sciences to humanities, and from arts to sports sciences, was introduced to prospective students. Türkiye’s first and only Offshore Drilling Technologies and Offshore Seabed Applications Technology programs, international accreditations, TEKNOFEST achievements, environmental accomplishments in the GreenMetric rankings, and the University Hospital, which serves as a major healthcare hub in the Western Black Sea region, were also among the key topics presented to prospective students.

Student-Friendly Campus Life Attracts Great Interest

At the fair, prospective students learned about BEUN’s student-friendly campus life, which stands out not only for its strong academic structure but also for its social, cultural, and sporting opportunities. More than 180 student clubs, BEUNFEST, which bring together thousands of students every year, modern libraries, sports facilities, international exchange programs, scholarship opportunities, and the campus structure providing easy access to the city center were among the topics that attracted the greatest interest from visiting students.
