Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University (BEUN) has expanded its graduate education opportunities with the Master's Program in English Language Teaching and the PhD Program in Medical Biology, increasing educational opportunities in academic specialization and scientific research.

New Academic Opportunities in Graduate Education

As part of the new graduate programs opened at BEUN, the Master's Program in English Language Teaching was opened under the Graduate School of Social Sciences, while the PhD Program in Medical Biology was opened under the Graduate School of Health Sciences. These programs aim to support academic development in different disciplines, help students deepen their knowledge in their fields of specialization, take part in scientific research, and improve their academic skills.

BEUN Expands Its Graduate Education Capacity

With these two new programs, BEUN aims to diversify its graduate education opportunities in different disciplines and support scientific research activities. The university continues to contribute to students' academic development and support the training of qualified human resources by improving its education and research activities.

BEUN Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy made the following statement about the newly opened graduate programs:

“We continue our efforts to expand our university's graduate education opportunities and support academic specialization and scientific research in different disciplines. I believe that the Master's Program in English Language Teaching, opened under our Graduate School of Social Sciences, and the PhD Program in Medical Biology, opened under our Graduate School of Health Sciences, will contribute to our students' academic development and support the production of scientific knowledge in these fields.

As a university, we consider it important not only to diversify our educational opportunities but also to strengthen our research culture, improve academic skills, and contribute to training the qualified human resources our country needs. I believe our new graduate programs will contribute to our university's academic development in line with these goals.

With these thoughts and feelings, I would like to thank the President of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), Prof. Dr. Erol Özvar, and the YÖK family for their valuable support in opening these graduate programs. I would also like to sincerely thank all our academic and administrative staff who contributed to this process. I hope our new programs will be beneficial for our university, our city, and our country.”
