Zonguldak Provincial Police Chief Sinan Ergen and Zonguldak Provincial Mufti İbrahim Halil Demir paid a congratulatory visit to Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy, who has been appointed as the Rector of Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University with the approval of the President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

During the visit in the Rector’s Office, Provincial Police Chief Sinan Ergen and Provincial Mufti İbrahim Halil Demir wished success to Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Ulusoy in his new position and congratulated him. Also, evaluations were made to strengthen collaboration between Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University and public institutions.

Emphasizing his pleasure for the kind visit, Rector Ulusoy stated the following:
“As Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, a well-established higher education institution with its deep-rooted history and strong academic background, we will continue to develop and strengthen collaborations which contribute to the city and our students in social and cultural fields.
I believe that collaborations made in various fields from science, health, and social contribution to culture, arts, and regional development will contribute to Zonguldak and our region. In this respect, we will try to advance our university in the national and international arena while moving forward with our aim to be a higher education institution that has strong ties with society and add value to our city and country.
